Need a Rock Auto promotion code...
Anyone?
BTW, I noticed their front hub/bearing assembly is $70 cheaper than Autozone's for the Timken bearing.

Now, that's some funny stuff!
Just a hub and some brake rotors.
You coming to R/A next week or are you going to M/O?

How many track days are you getting out of the timkin hubs? One of mine has a lot of play after 3 weekend events and 1 one day event

Jody,
I will not be at Road Atlanta next week and looks like I will not make Mid-Ohio either.

Seen them fail in two events - had them last for over a year. Hard to say why some last and others do not.
Autozone does warranty them for 1 year
. I have swapped a few there.

The one I'm replacing is 1-1/2 years old. That about 16-17 weekends. I've found GM's hubs don't last any longer then the Timkens. I believe GM's are Timkens, too .
There was no play in it, just sounded like there was a bucket of gravel in it when it turned.

I have a warranty replacement coming from rock auto now, just wasnt sure if it would be worth it to go to the SKF hubs after these wear out.
