Default Engine rebuild finished

Hi Everyone, thought I would take few minutes to tell every one that my car is back together and the engine rebuild is complete. The car seems to runs great, only got it back yesterday so not much time on it yet, the engine put out 634hp/579tq on the engine dyno. Made a few changes in the engine and car.

For those of you that know I had my right knee replaced, that it coming along fine also. The car and knee should be ready to go to the track at about the same time. LOl! JD

Car looks great

Now to that knee, as someone who had ACL reconstructive surgery ( left knee ), I will stress following the physical therapy instructions exactly. You will get back what you put into it.

Good luck and enjoy the new engine

Sean, I think the power is about the same as before, maybe a little more with fresh engine. New adjustable timing gear and chain probably helped a little. JD

Whenever we're on the track together, I'm going to have a difficult time keeping both hands on the wheel as my left arm will be constantly out the window giving you point-bys, lol.

I'll be at VIR 10/31-11/1 w/Traquest and plan on studying the video you sent me from the NCM event.

Feel better soon. Love that car

Thanks to Mike and others! The knee is coming along great and the car seems to be running very good also. I have not been to the track yet with the car or the knee. Looking at doing Sebring on Oct 9-10 with Chin. Hopefully the knee and the car will be ready by then. Thanks again to everyone, hope to see you at the track soon. JD
