What is the best choice and source for 18"x12" wheels
OK, guys... I am finally ready to make the change to 18"x12" inch rears, mainly to get a better selection of tires.
I know CCW makes an 18 x 12.
What other choices do I have, and what is the best source?
Are the 18 x 10 the best choice for the fronts?
Thanks.

A little background: I'm running CCW C10's 18X11 front and 18X13 rears on my C5. On the C5 I have run CCW Classics 18X11 front 18X12 rears and also House of Wheels C6Z Repo wheels 18X9.5 front 18X12 rears.
On my C4 I have AFS 17X9.5 front 17X10.5 rear. Also have had multiple sets of 18X12 CCW classics on the front and rear.
What are your goals with your C6? Do you want to just drive it on the street and have a nice looking setup? Do you want to autox it? Road Course it?
For the street I would recommend 18X9.5-10.5 fronts...With my 11's and 315's it cannot turn sharply. It works fine for the roadcourses but when you get in parking lots and other tight spaces everything is a 2 part turn. Also 315's are more expensive than a 275/285.
I love the look/traction of large rear tires so I would say stick with a 18X12 or 18X13 for the rear and you could put a 335 or 345 on it. They don't make any 345's for 18's so you would have to go to a 19. They don't make any non-DOT race slicks for 19's though...so if your ever planning on tracking it with non-DOT's without having to buy different rims I would go with a 18. If your planning on just street tires I would go with a 19 since the Vipers, Z06's, and Porsche's are all using wide 19" rims so the wide 335/345 street tires will be around.
I have never owned a C6 but I think this info will still be correct. Maybe a C6 guy can confirm it. I had to put 2" wider fenders on my C5 to tuck the rear tires and the fronts stick out a bit too. I think a C6Z fender will fit a 18/19X13 with a 335/345 though...anyone know for sure?
CCW is a great company with very good customer service. John at CCW knows his stuff!! I would recommend them any day.

CCW...They stand behind their product like no other company I am aware of. I had an issue with an older 17" classic that I purchased used. John stood behind those wheels as if I purchased them new.
So, when it was time to get a set of 18's for the C5, it was a no brainer where I was going to buy them.
