Default Anyone using 18x12 rims for c5z rear?

I got some 335x18 a6's that are going to be a squeeze on stock 18x10.5 rims. Has anyone found some wider rear rims (reasonable priced/used) that work?

Thanks.

Yes I have used them in the past. I don't know about finding cheap ones unless you look for used. However you are going to have to put mini tubes in the car in order for them to clear.

Thanks for the post. I run 315's on 10.5x18 with no rub & have a lot of space in the wheel well so I am going to try a spacer first & see how that works. I'm not lowered (very much).

Default 18X12s

I run 12s on both of my C5Zs but you will need tubs or with spacers you will need longer studs. I tubbed both cars myself and it is not hard to do. Also House of Wheels, supporting vendor, sold 18X12s that didn't require tubbing but if I remember right they stuck out a little past the wheel well.

I called Bob at HOW & he only has the c6z style now. I just need rears.

Default What wheels and tires in the front?

I hope to use A6 315-30/18 in the front on Speedline 18x10.5. How do they fit in the front? Does anyone have experience with A6 315? I know R888 315s fit but they are smaller than A6s.
I use the C6Z style 18x12 from HOW in the back and they work with A6 315-30/18 without spacers. With 335-30/18 they will need spacers and will protrude. My C5Z is lowered 1 cm below stock and I will probably have to use stackers on the coilovers to limit wheel travel to protect the rear fenders from the tires.
Does anyone have experience with that?
Mike
