Default DeWitt's Radiator w/EOC & c6 bypass block - high temps/low pressure

Has anyone else had an issue with high oil temps and low oil pressure using this setup? I had oil temps into the 300F range, 280F after 3 laps, and oil pressures in the mid 30s.
Perhaps the bypass valve is malfunctioning (same as used in the c6)? Or its operation is disrupting oil flow at high rpm (6500+)? I have contacted DeWitts, just looking for more observations.

Pressure is normal at lower oil temps (lower and into mid 200s).
Same results with 0W-30 (Mobil 1) or 5W-40 (Motul 8100 5W40 X-Cess 100% Synthetic).

Any ideas?

Everything else is stock. Oil filter was an Amsoil Ea.

At one time I had the dewitts radiator, but I plumbed my own (-10) lines and had similar symptoms. No bypass. I installed a ported and shimmed pump, which helped with the pressure, but the oil still got hot. I've since gone to a totally different setup. The cooler in the dewitts (I've posted photos of it in past) is quite small. It is because there is only so much room in the tank for the heat exchanger when doing a direct replacement radiator.
