bummer. vipers, huh? they trying to make a come-back? vipers, saleen, ferrari, oh my! 24 hours is a loooong time.

The Vipers are quick this year. However qualifying doesn't mean anything in a 24hr race. The Ferrari has not proven to be an enduro contender, but neither was the S7 at Sebring last year. Lets just hope the C5Rs run like clock work and we'll see after twice around the clock. Can't wait for the race and PLM at Road Atlanta again. :cool: :cheers:

We need to have a forum gathering at PLM. :yesnod: PLM is awesome. I've made every PLM but I live about 1hr.from the track. Every road racing fan should try to make PLM and Sebring :cool: :cheers:
Looks like the C5RS are 2nd and 5th in class. Gavin is getting real close to Menu's time in the 550.

lamar, i got the mulsanne chalet ticket: 4 day pass, preferred parking, pit & paddock with catered food friday and saturday. have you ever done this? do you already have your ticket? i'd love to meet some other forum members there. :)

I haven't ordered tickets yet. We get up to the track Tues. or Weds. and set up camp usually overlooking 10A on the outside of the track. Grill out on race day for the meals. I sleep at the track Friday and stay up most of the night partying and having a few :cheers: with friends. If you can make it Thursday night practice is amazing. The track isn't crowded so you can move around and have great views of the cars. :cool:
