TST seminar oil, coolant, other fluids
One of my viewers posted this to me on YT. I actually watched all 1.5 hours, you may not want to spend the time.
A lot of good info, pretty up to date.
It's an institute called Technician Service Training. Cuts across all makes and heavy emphasis on manufacturer standards and how they differ.
Medium quality video. It gets a little boring at points, but then cuts back to good info.
