Which 5/6 point harness for Corbeau A4's with no sub belt hole?
Hey fellas,
I recently installed a set of Corbeau A4's in my C5Z and they don't have a sub belt hole I wanted a set with but I got a really good deal on them so I couldn't pass them up.
Is there any 5 or 6 point harness I can use with these? or will I have to sell them and get FX1's?

I was in the same position, so a couple months ago I called up Corbeau and they sold me sub belt grommets so I could add them myself. I think they were less than $20/ea.

Nice, yeah I was wondering about that. Did you have to cut the foam from your seat? How was the installtion of those?

To be honest, they're still sitting in the box. I've been meaning to build brackets for the belts to mount to first and install the grommets once I had the pass-through location figured out.
On my A4s, the cushions are individually wrapped and sit on top of the seat. So you'd have to cut through the fabric/cushion as well as the bottom of the seat. The grommets are a two piece design where the bottom half slips into the top. So I'm guessing you just glue them together, but as I said, I haven't got that far yet.

Oh okay, yeah I mean it's obvious I would have to cut them not a big deal.
You may be able to answer this too, I would need a sub belt bar mount as well such as this one?

And the lap belts can mount in my stock belt position correct?

On my stock seats I used these.

And a 6 point harnesses from Wesco. The sub-belt and lap belt both mount onto the kit from BK and you sit on the sub-belt.

6 Point Harness
Give MSI a call. Supporting vendor in Roseville. They have a bracket that attaches to the OEM seat belt bolts so you can use both stock belts and a six point harness that doesn't require holes. Talk to them about their harness bar if you don't have one. I'll be at Solano this weekend if you want to look at mine.

In my C6Z, used a similar B-K kit. Allows use of 6-pt harness without cutting; also does not affect stock belt usage (if you need them). Made it really easy.
