Who is coming to Daytona for the Rolex 24 race???

For the last few years we've had about 20-25 forum members getting together Friday evening of the Rolex. We've been to Stonewood, Miller Ale House, and last year had a great time at BJ's Brewhouse.

The place we went to last year wasn't able to accommodate us, so I got us space at the Outback Restaurant.

The Outback is right off the northeast corner of the Speedway:




You can see that if you come out of the Turn 4 Tunnel, take a left on Midway Blvd for a very short distance and turn into the Outback parking lot.

If you come out via the Turn 1 Tunnel over on the west side of the Speedway, when you exit Gate 40 you can take a right on Williamson, right on ISB (Int'l Speedway Blvd), right onto Midway, and into the parking lot.

There's a huge amount of parking due to the restaurant that was just to the east of the Outback is closed, so their parking lot is available for parking.

Our reservation is for Friday evening Jan 24th at 7:00PM.

When you arrive at the Outback, tell them you're with "The Corvette Forum Party".*

So....if you'll be in town and want to meet up, let me know how many total in your party.

A bunch of us will be going to the Conti Challenge, but it will be over early enough to make it to a restaurant across the street from the Speedway by 7:00.

My wife and I will be there from Tuesday thru Monday. Don't mark us down, but if we get a chance we will drop by. Probably going to bed early on Friday night, and no drinking , as we are planning on running the 5k before the Rolex on Saturday morning.

I may be able to attend, but most likely will have a work dinner to attend on Friday night at the track but not sure when it will start. I am a "maybe", sounds like a fun time!!
