Default HPT Repaved?
Does anyone know if Heartland park in Topeka KS has been repaved? Last fall it was falling apart and chewing through bumpers and windshields.

Not a full repave, but polished. The debris is gone, I have been there four days already this year - no rock chips on my windshield.
