Bushing walk on C5 lower front arm. PU bushings already on.
I searched for bushing walk issues but I only found threads concerning upper A-arms in front.
I had that problem earlier and I swapped all bushings to polyurethane ones and made a zerk fitting to all of them. Now the upper A-arms stay where they should but the problem seems to be in lower A-arm front bushing. Both front ones have moved back towards the cradle after one track day.
Here is a pic of right side front bushing:
What to do?

Who's bushings are those? Something looks to be wrong with the bushing design or the install. My Pfadts have a flange on both side of the arm and cannot move at all when installed.

My stock rubber ones (year 2000) did the same thing, but those have a small "flange" on the rear section of the bushing and a much larger one at the front. I removed them and flipped them around to stop that from happening again. Will know after a few dozen autocross runs if it works or not.

Simple, the bushing material isn't strong enough to resist the forces it is seeing during high G load maneuvers. You should be proud, you put some serious loads into that thing! Delrin should work much better, or a higher durometer polyurethane at least.
