Doing research into adding a hitch to my 2008 C6 Z51 w/ NPP exhaust.

Looks like none of the hitches on the market work w/ the NPP exhaust?

Some of the solutions posted here on the forum in the past seem less than ideal/safe (only one attachment point to cross member?)

Wondering if anyone has done deeper research into a real solution to this issue?

I read this thinking you said tow hook, not tow hitch. Disregard my reply.

I'm using just one attachment to the cross member. rivnut & bolt into the back. It's been all over the country with no problems.
(at least 20,000 miles of towing)

The Curt hitch worked for me. Code # C11380. I too did the research and was a bit hesitant until I found another memeber who said he got his to fit. Yuppers you can do it! Maybe have some bearing grease handy to help slip everything together. Oh by the way, I even had room for a Phadt tow hook to slip in there too.
