Z06 Diff dilemma
So after a weekend of autocross it appears my diff has let go. I put new red line diff fluid in over the weekend and this is the results from 2 days of autocross.

How much does it cost to rebuild a corvette diff at a shop or by your self?
Also in Ssr are you allowed to swap differentials?

It's only when the rearend spins. Trans in neutral clutch in or out no noise/vibration. Put car in gear on stands fine vibration through the shifter.

I think I paid $1300 for a totally rebuilt diff with all the bells and whistles.

There are 2 or 3 vendors on the forum that I would let do my diff, talk to all of them, can you pull it yourself?

Got a little bit done today. Is a rebuild worth it?

My experience in many of these"major" repairs is that if you "go for it" it's not as bad as you thought.

Yeah took me about 6_7 hours to get it out. It's hard liquor time now.

IIWM I'd go with a stock, UPGRADED, diff. There are vendors who will use better bellville, clutches, etc.

Yes! It's the all-purpose cleaning solvent!
