My c5 has no interior/dash/ anything, but the cluster in it, and there are just wires everywhere under what used to be the dash.

Does any one sell a replacement wiring harness that gets rid of all the extra wiring? I tried searching, but didnt see any threads on this.

Or does anyone have a DIY?

I don't want to start cutting stuff because that usually leads to a dead car, but theres a lot of stuff that is ziptied all over the place, and i have seen the inside of some of yalls cars, so there has to be a good solution.

There are racing wire harnesses out there, but it's not really mass market. I would suggest trying a shop that specializes in track cars like Gilfus Racing in Houston or Performance Speed Tech, Late Apex in Dallas.
