Aftermarket Brake Master Cylinder Bore Size ??
Hello Racers,
I am making my 2000 C5 a race car. I am having Tilton Pedal box with master cylinder for front and rear brakes.
I have GM C6 ZO6 6-piston Caliper on front and 4-piston Caliper on rear.
the front caliper pistons diameter is 33 mm
the rear caliper pistons diameter is 30 mm
I want to choose the right Master Cylinder Bore Size for my above brakes.
any idea which bore size is the right for my set up?
many thanks
Ali

I'm going through the same thing, check out my thread. You need to answer this yourself before ordering...
-do you prefer a hard feeling, short travel pedal
Or
-do you prefer a soft feeling, longer travel pedal
If you can answer this, that will be the difference between two 7/8" or two 3/4" masters. FWIW, I'll be doing two 3/4" as I find travel not to be as noticeable as force is.
