Default Adjustable HANS set up

So I just bought an adjustable HANS device since I wasn't sure of my seat angles and figured the adjustable one gives me some flexibility. I'm sure 5 people will now say the adjustable ones suck, but is anyone familiar with the ideal set-up for initial use?

the adjustable ones are fine. just heavy. they are great if you want to switch between a formula car and a gt car. for example if you want to take the skip barber formula class.

i recommend calling up Vengence road racing, or XP performance (sight sponsors) of you want to get one.
