Default Endlink problem.

Hi guys. I bought a 01 Z. The front sway bar is a T1 I think. Endlinks in front are non adj. rear are adj. The fronts make a loud clunking noise. Checked bolts and the nuts were loose and two had come completely off and were gone. Removed one endlink to match up threads bought new locknuts and flat washers tightened it all up. Noise was completely gone for about 15 miles now they are loose again. Any ideas? I did notice the endlink bolts fit kinda loose in the a arm and in the bar. With the links removed the car is quiet. With them installed it sounds like it's falling apart. I'm just about to remove the whole front sway. Lol. Seriously though it is really loud and embarrassing to drive it through a parking lot.

Short answer is new stock links w blue locktite and torque the crap out of them.

Bit longer is using some rubber tubing to dampen end of link next to sway bar.

Long term fix is LG Quiet Links.

This is the front links I have. Are there suppose to be spacers on these endlinks? There were no spacers when inspected them.

im trying some cheapy 3pc heims called Steinjager. Seem solid and no issues installing except I did have to buy longer bolts to catch the nylon nut. We'll see.

You can buy 2 or 4.
