GT40 no question. Total and complete domination. Plus, Ford/Shelby chassis #P-1075, which won in 1968 and 1969, is the first car in Le Mans history to win the race more than once, using the same chassis.

Somewhere, there are engineering drawings for parts for this car with name on them. Well, that's a lie. Those drawings might not exist anywhere, but at some point there were engineering drawings for parts for this car with my name on them!

I have loved it since I was a kid, The best looking car Ford has ever produced (although the new GT is pretty slick). Someday I'll build a replica

That car (maybe a replica) is my current desktop image. Photo taken by me at the Indy vintage races this year.

My favorite car though is the Penske Grand Sport Roadster

If i am remembering right the car had reproduction license plate on it that said "XEROX". It was beautiful and i was impressed with the number of corvettes there this year.

I've been trying to find out more details of the turbo BBC car, but I've never been able to find much info out there.

I wish there had been more serious interest in turbo'ing the BBC from the Chevy guys earlier, as they were just seriously underpowered compared to the Porsche 917-30.

If Bruce McLaren had not been killed in 1970 who knows. Porsche made its mark after his death.
