I just replaced my steering rack and front and rear outer tie rods and had my car aligned per the printed sheet below. The toe degrees front and rear seem small, is this alignment accurate to my specs?

LOL they set your rear toe to zero. Get some toe plates and fix it yourself- it's super easy, especially now that your thrust angle is zeroed. it will be 2 flats on each rear tie rod end (driver's side rotate down, pass side up) to hit 1/8" total.

Thank you, just realized the degrees were in parenthesis on pfadt, and yes that's too low

Here is a conversion from mm and inches to degrees for several different rim sizes:
You have to remember the mechanic doesn't have a way to measure inches on the machine. Everything is in degrees although some machines designed to support German cars use mm.

Looks like the thrust angle is zero, not the toe.
depending on where your measure, 0.1deg is approx 1/32”. One “flat” of toe is just under 1/32”. With s little practice you can do this yourself faster than you can drive to the tire shop

They updated the rear toe to .22* total toe in and fixed steering wheel 'center' while I was there - felt better on shake down. Track day tomorrow and will see how it feels.

WHen I took my car to be aligned and asked to be set in inches he called the machine service rep and he came over to show how to convert the readings from degrees to inches. It was on a checklist/setup screen but don't remember which one.

The answer to your original question is no. Based on the graphics in the yellow arrow, you have 0.08deg (total)toe IN front, and 0.04 (total) toe OUT rear. Your later post you say .22* rear total. Toe IN or OUT?
No, he didn't get front caster IAW Pfadt specs you show
No, he didn't get toe IAW the Pfadt specs either.
