This is the problem, with the full length splitter on the front I do not have access to the bolts at the bumper/fender junction. Has anyone used either of these options? This look like it might be a little iffy at triple digits. This should be stronger but requires fabricating bracket.
I was going to use Aero Catch panel things to secure the panels. And some other bits inside to take the actual aero loads. But still a work in progress in my head, I haven't even started making chips or sparks yet.
My splitter is not mounted to the bumper at all It's mounted to the frame. The Quick-latch brand of the button style are "Approved by the NHRA for use in drag racing competition" I'm going to give them a try I just have to make some brackets for them to mount to.
I did it using 2 sets of Dzus fasteners on each side of the front fender(1st pic) It does require trimming the front fender attachment points. I also reinforced it with 5 Dzus fasteners across the top of the front of the bumper where its attaches to the frame (2nd pic as looking down from above into the engine bay - the black rings are the attachment points for the fasteners). I just replaced the front bolts with Dzus fasteners.

I never thought about making a quick release bumper, but i have stumbled upon professionalawesome.com and they have quick release mounts for splitters. Those should make mounting and dismounting splitter a lot easier.
I've timed it I can remove the air dam, splitter and bumper in about 5 minutes. It takes longer to install it about 8 minutes because you have line up every thing.

What about brake ducting hose that clamp to the nose? I have mine inlet ducts hardware pop riveted to the nose and hoses clamped to it
I don't use or need the brake ducts. I use this car for autox and hillclimbing only that mean I'm running about 30-40 seconds for autox to 3-4 minutes hillclimbing the brakes never get to the point of fading from heat. Were the ducts would be I have the oil cooler on the driver side and the air intake on the passenger side.
The air dams take the longest to remove because of the number of screws, but a cordless screw gun speed it up.
The bumpers removed by releasing the 6 quick latch's, the plug for the front wiring and two 10 mm bolts in the top of the bumper cover.
Very nice. Are you going to put anything from the splitter up along the wheel well to deflect the air?
Also, are you going to be keeping your headlights? I asked about leaning rad forward and keeping headlights, and people said intake wouldn't have room to run.

Yes I have to keep the headlights car has to stay street legal. With the thicker but narrower radiator I have room to run the air intake between the radiator and the frame.
And yes that intake is made from 4" pvc It's just a temporary one till I'm sure I don't have to change it.
I have 6 dsuz fasten to hold on tbe bumper cover/ splitter. Will try and get pictured tomorrow. 2 on the sides, 2 where the bumper cover meets the fender/hood and 2 under the cat.

Thats right, I remember seeing these pictures in another thread. Never thought about going to a narrower radiator to make it all work. I'm an autocross only car as well, so I'm wondering if I could get away with smaller radiator as well.
