Default Recommended PTM Mode for Damp Track?

Heading to a local AutoX event this weekend and it looks like the track could be damp in the morning. Wondering what PTM would work best for a C7 in said conditions? Guessing either PTM "Wet" or "Dry." From what I've read, Wet is very inhibitive, but wondering if Dry allows for too much slip. I'm sure I can feel it out throughout the runs and adjust as needed, but would like to accelerate the learning curve if possible. Thanks!
