I've got 18 inch wheels on the car. I'm using 275 35 in front and 335 30 in back. I'm getting close to needing new tires. Anyone know if I can run 295 in front and 345 in back without rubbing? I'm sure pretty sure I can run the 345's but I don't want to spend the money on the fronts and they rub. Car is used for autocross so lock to lock turns aren't uncommon.
Should have noted that they are 18 X 10 and 18 X 12 wheels.
What are the offsets of front and rear? Yes you can run a 295/30 but height and/ or spring rates will come into play in that environment. The rear will be fine also.
I'm running 315/30/18 front and 345/35/18 rear tires on my C8 Z51 with MCS coilovers. There's no rubbing on wheel liner, and only minor interference at full lock with the brake ducting's plastic shield up front.

For all the years I've been doing this I still don't understand offset. I know what it is and what it does and I know how to measure it but how it works still messes with my head.

Joe,
I run a7's in 295/345 on mine, zero rub... Could probably almost get 35's up front and debating it since I have some here

You too? I find an online convertor and swap to backspacing. THAT I can picture in my mind a lot easier. And I can measure it a lot easier too.
