Which shocks for 03 Z06
OK
I need advice. Are the 04 Z06 shocks worth the investment? Will they make any improvement in a stock 03 car for autocrossing? I have been informed that the T1 shocks are not compatible with a stock sprung car so that’s out. I am not concerned about ride, just faster times. Any help or experiences would be appreciated.

I don't have the '04 shocks yet, but from everything I've read they are definetly worth the investment. You should post this over in the Z06 forum there has been allot of people installing them there.:chevy

Re: Which shocks for 03 Z06 (GS023)
I just went from Bilstein Sports to 2004 Z06 shocks and there IS a difference. The Z06 shocks feel firmer with more of the road imperfections transmitted. I haven't had them on the track as yet so I really don't know how they will feel in fast corners, but my initial impression is that they will do a better job of controlling short /chopy wheel movement and reduce body roll in the corners.
I now have a fully upgraded 2004 Z06 suspension under my 2000 FRC with an additional plus. The front and rear anti-sway bars have polyurthane bushings in them which will provide even greater roll stiffness. Can't wait to get it on the track to see how it feels with the "new" suspension and larger Goodyear GS-CS tires. Watch out John and Keven. :D :D
