Default 4 rear z06 wheels?

Anyone try running z06 rear wheels all the way around? or do they not fit in the front?

They fit in front

I'm trying it now and I have tried it in the past

I've found steering is heavier, but overall grip is superior when going toa 305/30/18 front

Try it------------See how you like it.

I am a tire and wheel nut !

I run SS so I have multiple sets of wheels in the stock sizes---ccw's
I have the Hoosier a3s04 305/30/18 on the front and I am also experimenting with the kumho ecsta 305/30/18 on the front(stock z06 size wheel with extra .25" offset from ccw---(people say 11" is better on that size, but like you I have 10.5" offset probably helps clearence issues, but you are probably ok with the stock ones to.

In the rear I squeezed 335/30/18 ecsta's on no clearence problem-----I heat cycled this and it felt good haven't autox'ed it yet.

In the future I'll try v710 315/35/18 on the rear again when they come back out----------I tried v710 315/35/18 all around, but didn't like the turn in

Hoosier is better in front 275/40/17 or what I am trying now which puts me in ASP 305/30/18----------------front hoosier rear 335/35/18 ecsta

Hope this helps------------good luck

Run all 18 x 10.5's either 315's ,11 by 26 slicks or stock GY F1's-no issue's except better handling and tons of track rubber hunks skid marks on side of car. Also run 18's all the way around on street couple wil no problems.

Yes I have seen a few Z06's run 18's all the way around. One guy was buying C5R takeoff Goodyears for around $80 a tire so his tires were almost "free". I have also seen 17's all the way around because of the limited tire selection (until 6 months ago) of wide 18" tires. People were running 315's all around for big grip.
