Need Engine Advice
I have a 92 LT1 and I am looking to run in the BSP class next year. I currently have the engine out of the car. I need to make some decisions on the engine. I understand that I can bore it .30 over and still be legal. The rules say I can use forged pistons. Does this mean I can replace the piston and rod?
I am going to take my heads in a get a valve job. Is there any thing I can do with the heads to make them flow better and still be legal?
Can I run a lt4 hotcam?
Any advice would be appreciated on this engine build.
