SOLD: 1967 Marina Blue coupe in California
Hi folks,
I decided to sell my 1967 Marina Blue coupe. It's a stock-looking driver with some tasteful mechanical updates. It's lived in California for over 40 years, before being given a really nice frame-on mechanical restoration, and sympathetic body and trim restoration in 2007 by an owner of a vintage car restoration facility in San Jose (the car's previous owner). I have owned it for about three years. Asking price is $42,900 or best reasonable offer.
Feel free to contact me via PM for more information. Some of the following description was re-purposed from the previous owner's ad.
I would be open to trades for a black C1, 1956-57 or 1961.
Thanks for looking,
-Rich
Engine and Mechanical
While the engine was being rebuilt, it was updated from 300HP to 350HP L79 spec. The block, head and manifold castings are all original and of the correct numbers. The transmission is a Tremec TKO 5 Speed, installed with Kiesler's Perfect Fit Conversion kit. A new driveshaft has also been installed. The Tremec has been a wonderful addition to the car. 75-80 MPH is at 2400 rpm now. The original transmission is preserved and will accompany the car as well.
The car has 100% new wiring from the firewall forward including the engine bay, charging and headlamp harnesses. Headlight motors work well and are in good condition.
This Corvette’s very comprehensive equipment list includes a vintage tach-drive distributor modernized with transistor ignition, by Pertronix, with an MSD 6AL2 ignition box behind the glove compartment. Starts with a single turn of the key. Super-reliable, always starts. The car also has a rebuilt Posi axle and rebuilt disc brakes.
Chassis no. 194377S112xxx
Engine no. V022IHE7112xxx
Paint and Interior
The paint is very good driver quality. The interior is Bright Blue. The original color was Bright Blue/White. The seat upholstery is new. Overall, the interior is in great shape.

Am I wrong by saying that the owner of the blue 67 coupe would consider C-1's for trade ? That is why I responded. Not interested in a C-6
