Here we go again...cheap-seaters coming out of the woodwork to try to beat down the seller on price. It's worth whatever the market says it's worth, and the market has been pretty consistent about paying a premium for 63 coupes. The basket cases that make good pro-touring starters are fewer and farther between. The law of supply & demand always trumps our personal opinions.

Interference in a For Sale thread
If you don’t like the price or item being offered in for sale thread, take it to e-mail or PMs. Better still, just move on to a thread that is offering something you like the price on.
If you post a criticism of the price or the quality of the item being offered, you will be in violation of Forum rules and subject to sanctions.
If your contribution to a for sale thread does not advance the sale, you are in the way.
If you would like to chat about Barrett Jackson and its effect on the hobby, please start another thread on it in the General Discussion area and rehash it there. However, do not use a member’s Sales thread as your context to comment on pricing. You are interfering in a Sales thread.

The guy who owned this car has died. From everything I found it looks like he was making a hot rod out of it, it came with a lot of big block parts. By the tach it looks like it was 250 or 300 horse. Very unusual with the radio delete. The doors have never been off the body and open and close perfect even with being off the frame. Rear deck and valance is perfect. The firewall has absolutely no damage and everything is there. Perfect car for a resto mod or pro touring.
