Hi Everyone
I am in the market and looking to buy a C2 coupe in driver condition. Ideally I am looking for a driver with a good body, decent paint, and a good birdcage. The max I am willing to spend on a car is $40k. No games or stories. I have cash in hand. Please let me know what you may have for sale or if you know of something I should look into.

Based on the searches that I have done, $40,000. for what you want is just plain unrealistic.

[/SPOILER]I haven't listed this car yet but I plan to within the next week. It's a #'s matching 327/300. Asking $47,500. I have had it almost 5 years and am the 3rd owner. In that time: New starter, alternator, all coolant hoses, re-cored heater core, rear brake calipers, oil pan gasket, valve cover gaskets, all new interior, convertible top, wheels, tires, etc, etc... Also just completed cleaning, rust proofing and repainting the frame (body on), and detailing the engine bay. I have a new weatherstrip kit that hasn't been installed and i have all the chrome for the engine bay (needs cleaning and installation). He can find a nice driver for 40k just have to look. Listing prices dont determine sales price. Lots of cars sit and get listed over and over..
That 67 sounds like a well planned out driver, the $ hard work is done

This is a nice car... who cares about NOM and aftermarket seats/trans. I bet it runs better than an original anyway.

If I had room in my garage, I'd buy this one.
