Default 63 Corvette Convertible

I’ve decided to sell my ’63 Corvette convertible. I’ve had for about 4 years and only put about 400 miles on it. I drive my ’66 or ’69 and the ’63 seems to just sit on the lift.

This is a really nice driver ** NOT NCRS **
327 340HP – 4 speed – 3:36 posi – AM/FM – Vintage air – Both tops
*** Everything works *** all gauges – A/C – head lights – EVERYTHING

*** Click Here for lots of info and pics ***

Here is write-up
This 1963 Chevy Corvette is a lightly used, frame off restoration that’s an excellent driver and all around sharp looking car.
The engine is a correct date code Corvette “870”, 327 CI block. It is bored .30 over and has 10.5:1 compression. The motor uses factory forged pistons, a ’63 Duntov “097” solid lifter cam, and “460” double hump heads with 2.02 valves. The carb is a Holley 600 CFM unit, and the exhaust flows through cast iron manifolds and an off road N-11 aluminized exhaust. Providing the spark is a Petronix II electronic ignition inside a rebuilt factory distributor. The engine compartment features period correct plugs, wires, GM reproduction hoses, and the correct chrome shielding. Keeping engine temps at bay is a factory correct and dated Dewitts radiator that is cooled by factory fan and proper clutch and electric Spal fan inside shroud.
The transmission is an M20 4-speed with a 2.54 1st gear. The rear differential has 3.36 Posi gears and provides clean traction off the line. Transmission and differential rebuilt.
The Corvette is a great driving car thanks to a suspension which was completely rebuilt from front to rear. All of the body bushings have been replaced with factory correct replacements. At the rear of the car, the half shafts were rebuilt, balanced, and a have new u-joints all around. The drive shaft is new, balanced and the leafs are new in back with NOS variable rate front coils. Rebuild trailing arms. The Vette has new Delco OEM shocks on all four corners and P215/70R15 tires. Bringing the Vette to a halt are a set of 1965 C2 4 wheel disc brakes with all factory correct parts. This setup uses all new lines and hoses as well.
The Vette’s body has straight lines and proper gaps throughout. The glass is original and in good driver quality condition. The fuel tank is new as are the fuel lines. The bumpers and grills fit the car properly and the doors feature new window channels, felt, weather stripping, doors handles, and window regulators. Re-chromed window frames.
The interior has a rebuilt steering column, a restored instrument cluster, and the original AM/FM radio which has also been restored. Underneath the Al Knock carpeting is Dynamat covered by ceramic matting. Keeping the cockpit cool is a Vintage Air system that blasts cold air.

Paint is very good with a few very small blemishes. While not $20,000 paint job I give it a 9 or 9.5 out of 10.

Asking price $54,000 OBO. No trades. No lowball flippers please.

Isn't this the car that Classic Car Studio in St. Louis had listed for sale for a very long time?
