Default Window help

My '64 Vette has the two small windows in front of the regular door ones. My question is are these susposed to swing out and how so. Mine seem like they should but I dont want to force anything and end up breaking something that shouldn't move in the first place. Oh yea it's a convertible if that helps.

I assume you are referring to the Vent windows? Do you have power windows? You should have a window crank just like the big windows in the door. Is this true?

The crank should turn clockwise to open them. Give the window a little help to get it to open by pressing on the lower back inside corner as you turn the crank. Most of these regulators are slam worn out and require rebuilding. I know mine needs it. At least on the drivers side it does.. Hope this helps.. Dave...
