Does anyone know if GM offered a knock off wheel in 67?

I've seen some 67's advertised with a finned Aluminum wheel with no knock off in the center just octagon cap? Both vehicles were for sale and wonder if GM offered something besides the Rally Wheel

They did offer N89 Cast Aluminum Bolt On Wheels as an option. According to my Black Book, 720 were produced with that option ($263.20).
