Poly-lock torque spec?

Poly-lock torque spec?
Is there a torque spec for poly-locks? I've always just cranked them down. I'd rather do them right if there is a right. Thanks.

Sorry, I guess my question wasn't clear enough. I'm using poly-locks on my roller rockers and was asking if there was a specified torque value.
