I have fitted the aftermarket suspension / brake & steering kit from Corvette Central to my 61 and am in the process of setting things up for basic street use , I would appreciate your thoughts on set ups .
Suppliers reccomend Camber 0 - 1/2 degree positive
, Caster 1+1/2 - 2 degrees positive , Toe in of 3/16" I have set this up and have a light pull to the left and some understear , any experience of this type of kit and /or set up advice generally greatly appreciated

Cars pull when either the castor or camber is different from side to side. Also tires can take a "set" and never recover from previous funny wear(can also cause pulling). 3/16 total toe seems excessive, Expect big wear on the outside edges. Dar will definately understeer which is normal. On racers we use 1/16 toe out and it makes them turn in nicely due to increased ackerman.

3/16" is too much. With your updated suspension I would set it at about 1/16" toe in. If you are running radial tires you can generally get by with less toe in than with bias plys. If it pulls to one side you will need to recheck your caster camber settings as mentioned. If they are consistent then it could be an installation alignment discrepancy. Whenever doing major suspension changes its a good idea to corner weight the car to make sure you have balanced weight distribution from side to side.
