Interesting paint system
I just finished reading an article in the July 05 issue of Street Rodder on a paint system. They tout it as being very easy to work with by novis painters. The other interesting claim was that it also could be made to have the lacquer depth and look to it. I found the web site to very interesting.

I see two problems. There are no OEM color matches so you couldnt mix a specific original color. Clear has to be applied over the color, so it will still look like urethane and not lacquer.
