Brake line help needed, please.
I am preparing to do the plumbing on the brake conversion on the 58. The new dual master cylinder has 9/16x18 thread for the rear opening and a 1/2x20 for the front opening. The valves all have 3/8x24 threads.
I am thinking of using some of the existing lines. Can someone tell me the threads on the existing lines? There are 2 different size fittings.
Also what is the thread on the rubber lines from the calipers to the hard line.
Anyone have any suggestions on this plumbing task? Previous experience is so valuable!
