I'm not familiar with it. What is the title? Where can I buy a copy?
I don't have access to my copy but I think it's called "Corvette Restoration, State of the Art". Looks like the actual author was Michael Antonick, the Black Book guy. It's out of print, so I guess
a swap meet would be the way to go.
It sticks in my mind because it was my introduction to the factory
correct restoration stuff. I was truly amazed that somebody would
deliberately recreate factory carelessness like overspray. Seems so
normal now...
I think the car was the basis for the whole Bloomington Gold thing.
thats a heck of a car you have there, friend of mine has a survivor just like it with ncrs top flight, says thoses 65 bb could take the 66 67 tripowers off the line because of the slight hasitation the tripowers have,he says by the time the 65 got the jump out of the hole, the 66,67s would start to fill the gap in but by then it was to late! Were you able to acuire the buildsheet on top of the gastank?was it legable?Darryl

They hadn't started putting build sheets on the tank till later years, but thanks for the encouragement on my project.
excellent, nice work area also. you guys must love projects.
Thanks. I built the shop myself including building the truss rafters. I call it my play pen. Heated, air conditioned, satellite TV, microwave oven, and of course a fridge full of beer!
