Refurbing Interior Colors ?
I'm looking at doing some painting/dyeing of various item(s).
One of those is the console.
Its a slightly different blue than the dash pads, which are a shade darker than the dash, which I'm sure will be a shade different than the Knoch carpet on order.
I've already painted the fiberglass rear quarter trim from a can last winter. It is yet a different color than everything else!
Here's the question .... IF you were going to do your console, than maybe your radio side panels...then maybe your dash ....(all "while I'm at it of course") ......How do you keep from getting that 'I just sprayed everything with a spray can' look?
Is there a way to differentiate between these colors? I bet even new dash pads are a different color than the spray dye that comes out of a can for the dash.
It seems like it's 'paint it all' or don't touch it........
