I saw this ad in Popular Hot Rodding and thought the same thing. It's not a 65. It's a 63 or 64 but I'm not sure which

They are touting those rims fit and I think a few here on the forum have purchased the TTD's and say they fit... I find it funny though that I'm sure who ever loaned them the car told them it was a 63/64.... Dave...

Seeing as 63/64 had drums, they probably said 1965 to indicate the wheels will work with disk brakes.
