Yes, IF your willing to notch the inner doubler on the hood just a tad. I can't confirm this yet but all indications are that the only interference is the forward most portion of the throttle housing. You might even be able to file a bit off the aluminum housing to help.
Bottom line is I'm going to get the motor in my 64 even if I have to fab some lowered motor mounts. Period!
BTW, have a look at my 64 a couple of years ago and you'll know why I willing to do what ever is necessary, ie: no value for originality.
