Rust prevention
This may be a little off topic, but I figure you guys will have the answers I need. I am moving and no longer have a garage to store my Vette, so it is going to my parents garage. But I have to get my 67 Firebird out of my parents garage to make space for it. So the Firebird will be parked in the driveway outside. What I wanted to know is if there are any good ways to prevent or slow formation of rust on a car that is kept outside. The body is currently rust free, but the paint and bodywork are about 15 years old, and I would bet that lurking under the paint in some places is rust, especially around the windshield and back window.
