The gap between the diff crossmember and the frame is normal, and will compress somewhat when you get the body back on the frame; the body's weight pushes the crossmember up toward the frame, which will compress the "sombrero" bushings some more. The gap between the diff nose bracket and the frame will pull up when you install the cushions and tighten the bolt, and will look like this when you're done:
