Default Question about dates and engine codes

First question: I just put a 67 under contract and the vin# ends in S102642, the engine stamp matches. Based on that serial number it appears to have been made around Sept. 27, 1966. The engine pad also has V0930HT, which is Sept. 30, 1966, after the vin date???? I don't have the block casting date yet. What do you think?

Second question: The car has factory A/C but no power steering, the HT engine stamp is correct for a 327/350. The HP engine code is correct for a 327/350 with factory air and PS.
a. Did they make an engine stamp for a 327 with just air?
b. Did they only make factory airs with power steering?
c. Did they use the HT for factory air but no power steering?

Thanks

According to the birthday calculator on the C2 REGISTRY the car would have been built Oct 30th.
HT is correct for 350 / manual with or without AC.

Thanks, I calculated it by the ending serial #'s for sept and oct but used sept 27 instead of oct. 27. Also thanks for the block information.
