It seems like 67's go for lots-o-money, and this one looks pretty clean for the price...am I missing something? Is it the color combo, or what? Being new to trying ot figure out what a "good" deal on a Vette is, I need all the edumication I can gets me hands on
"Pretty clean" is a relative term Did you read the Q & A? Sounds like maybe he painted in his garage with spray cans. It's impossible to tell without seeing the car in person, but 34K doesn't seem too bad for an NOM "driver" condition '67. Depends on what your plans are. If you're planning on a top-flite resto; keep looking. If you're looking for something to have fun with & get your hands dirty (literally and figuratively) this might be a good car. JMHO
Also, ebay is very psychological - although I don't personally like reserve auctions, he may have been better off to start the bidding at 10K and put a 34K reserve on it.

I personally want a roadster. I just ran across it, and thought it kinda strange to have no bids.
CRW41:
Don't blow off Goodwood Green out of hand. I almost did.
I owned a yellow '67 air coupe. The paint code stated Goodwood Green so I grudgingly changed it back to the factory color. Used lacquer of course and many coats of Candy Apple (brand) clear. That factory color turned out gorgeous. It has metallic in it and I loved it. That's coming from a guy who hates green but wanted to return his car to stock.
Even more bizarre is that it had a dark green interior. I almost didn't go look at the car because of the color. What a great combination it turned out to be.
A guy by the name of Bartenstein from CT bought it from me around 1987 (?) and sold it in Hawaii where it remains. I still have lots of documentation for it.
Everyone has their own tastes of course but I just had a strange compulsion to jump to the defense of '67 Goodwood Green.
I give this one a try.
-frame rust repairs
-windshield post repairs
-black door panels with saddle tan seat covers
-427 hood paint is a strange colour? (But so is mine.)
The first two would do me in. Not into such major repairs that may have been patchwork and need further attention.
I like Goodwood Green (for obvious reasons). The NOM does not bother me.
actually, I like green, it was one of the colors I was looking for when I was searching. My buddy had a beautiful '65 Glen Green 'vert with a black interior and I loved the color, than there is the '66 only color of Mosport Green and I'd take one of those too.
The green with Tan interior is a nice combo as is the maroon/tan combo.
I like the fact that it has some power options, as well as still having the ignition shielding in place.

Although I really want a roadster, I see a deal like that, and it makes me wish Ihad the $$$. I could always flip it, and get what I really want. Oh well a day late and a dollar short as usual.
Well you're not late and you and still buy it. As for flipping.......that's a comment on Corvette ownership these days. And I do not say that in a positive sense in terms of those who just love these cars. Kind of burns my nerves as does B-J.
Barrett-Jackson probably burned up all the '67 buyers for the next few months. Good price for a '67, but you don't know if it's really a '67. No trim tag and VIN pictures. He had a body off repair, so what about the tank sticker? No documentation at all, that's why no one has bid on it, looks too risky to me. PT
It looks good from pics, so do many others, it must be inspected, if the kickup was repaired, what is the quality of the repair, is the rest of the frame ready for repair(s). Remember the seller is only disclosing what you ask, buyer beware should be the catch phrase for EBay. If you are serious the car should be inspected up close. If you are thinking of a quick flip, a car with issues may be a money pit. That's my 2 cents

Hey Mark... I find it hard to believe the trim tag would indicate anything other than a green/tan (or green/green) car, I mean really, the only time the color gets changed on a mid year is to change to a "Resale Red"... Not that you would know anything about that...

Like kermit the frog says "it's hard being green". But don't tell that to the green mid-years bringing 100k+ at b/j.
