Put shims under the front bolt on the hinge to bring the rear edge down, readjust the latches as needed.

The way I did mine was to unhook the springs, close the deck lid and unbolt the hinges. With a buddy holding the deck lid in the desired location, I positioned the hinges one at a time against the bottom of the deck lid. If the hinge doesn't fit flush, fill any gap with shims and bolt the hinge back on. Then do the same with the other hinge. To make the job somewhat easier, I removed a seat. Position the deck lid somewhat lower than your desired height as it will come up a bit when you reinstall the springs.
