Broke a leaf spring -need replacement recommendations

Found a broken leaf today, 2nd from the top .

I dont dare drive before I get it replaced. The top leaf is heavily bend downwards at the front.....
Gonne miss this all weekend cruise

So, which kind of replacement springs should I buy?
Saw in the Paragon catalog, that there is a 4 leaf replacement and a 5 leaf NCRS-version.
Does anyone know if there is any difference in ride quality?
Can I just go with the std. 4-leaf replacement??
