Horn problem
My horn on my '61 quit working. I replaced the horn relay but still no luck. Horn relay clicks when I blow the horn but that is all. Getting shocked sometimes when trying to use horn. Any help would be appreciated.

If the relay clicks but the horns don't blow, the issue is probably between the relay and the horns. Use a jumper wire from the battery (+) terminal and the wire from the relay to the horns; if the horns blow, the issue is in the relay - if they don't, the issue is downstream (broken wire, bad horn ground, bad horn, etc.). If you're getting a shock from the horn button, it has a flaky ground path - could be a bad horn contact ground to the upper bearing or corrosion in the horn contact assembly under the horn button.

John horn still not working
If I take the positive wire from the battery to the horn and ground the other side to the battery the horn should blow. If that is the case why do you think both horns would go bad at the same time?

still having horn problems
If I wired the horn relay wrong, could this burn out both horns? The old horn relay looks different than the new one from Delco. I wired it the same way as the old and also to the electrical skamatic for the car. Dose anyone know how the relay should be wired?

The 20-ga. tan wire from the horn button connects to the "S" (signal) terminal, the 12-ga. red wire connects to the "B" (battery) terminal, and the 14-ga. black wire (to the horns) connects to the "H" terminal. When you press the horn button, that grounds the relay coil, which connects the black horn wire to the 12V battery power, and the horns blow.
