Driver's Mirror

I am looking for a NOS left hand outside mirror for my early (August) 65 car. What would be considered an acceptable (NCRS) manufacture date?

The repo mirrors are good and available with any date. If your mirror is good, you can just by dated glass and change it. I bought dated glass from Paragon, put it in my repo mirror and got full credit when the car was judged. A date about a month before your build is typical.

A month or two is "typical", although you'll get full credit with up to six months.

John, I clicked on your photos. What an impressive car you have. I would love to read about it. Thanks for the info on the mirror. I am having to find a number of parts that were removed from my car. So, I appreciate the input on the dates.
