Need Help
I get my frame back middle of next week
Then the fun begins.
What i need to know is how to bend the tabs over on the sombreros so that they are tight on the crossmember
What i intend to do is use my air chisel with a V or a stub to bend them.
Am i on the right track?

Just bend them over with a hammer - there's no stress on them anyway once the crossmember is installed. I wrote a tech article on sombrero bushing replacement in the September issue of "Corvette Enthusiast" magazine, which will be out in a week or two.
