Spark Plug Looms
Can anyone recommend any good spark plug looms...??? OR tell me what you are using...
I'm using Morso units similar to these Ford units...
And although they are rated for 8mm wires they always seem to tear up my 8mm plug wires... I was cleaning the plug wires today and noticed a few very small cracks... These are new plug wires I purchased about 2 years ago...

I find these a little too snug for spark plug wires and I seem always seem to slightly crack my wires as I guide them through the loom...
What are others using for wire management...

Try using a set indexed for 8.5 or 9mm...that would provide a fit that is less snug. I use an 8mm set for 7mm wires and there is no issue with tearing, etc. Get an Accel catalogue at local parts store and check them out.

I'm at a loss as how the spark plug wires are routed or managed by this Billet device... Any images of the wires actually engaging this unit...???

I think if you look closely, there are 2 halves to each piece, that are held together with the alen head screws in the above picture.
When you split them, you just lay the wire in the appropriate channel.
