Wheels?

Lots of info searching backspacing.
I have yet to find anywhere the rear track width (hub flange to hub flange) of the disc brake C2's, but from user feedback the drum brake cars are 0.25 inch wider (wider by twice the thickness of the brake drum hat, from one drum on each side).
Be wary of people forgetting to list modifications like offset trailing arms, shortened rear leaf springs, and relocated brake line mount tabs (e-mail them direct if it's not clear).
A search with "rims" as the subject will produce archive information and links to the factory rim offsets that should prove valuable.
There is no easy answer as rim diameter changes what fits, and owner acceptance of very tight or close proximity between tire or wheel and suspension varies greatly. Some people demand a 1/2-inch or more clear between the tire or rim and suspension or steering (much like the factory specifications), some get as close as possible to fit the widest rim & rubber (and hopefully respect the increased need to monitor and maintain the system).
